Good luck and keep coming back for contests at least once a month. Maybe as often as weekly!!
If I had to choose only one, I would say my Glock 32. I love the round and hell, you can do whatever you want to a Glock and not worry about it firing.
ReplyDeleteRuger charger its good out to 200 yards can carry 25 rounds and I can carry alot of ammo and a shot to the head would even take out a zombie in shtf style. Lol
ReplyDeleteFirst two entries!!! Nice choices. I think I would prefer my Glock 17 too. I might have said my HK USP .45 but I got rid of it! Hopefully we don't have the zombie issue anytime soon!! hahahahah
ReplyDeleteGlock 19, due to the availably of 9mm ammo, and the Glocks reliability. Drop it in the mud pick it up wipe off the mud and get back to shooting.
ReplyDeleteI do agree about the abundant amount of 9mm as apposed to my .357sig, but the stopping power of 9mm as much to be desired. If I had to choose any other caliber (b/c I would always pick a Glock), it would have to be the .45.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments and the views. I appreciate the support! So far a 1 in 4 chance of winning! Not too bad of odds...hahaha.
ReplyDeleteI carry an RI 1911 compact but, if I could have only one weapon, it would be my M4 Carbine. Even with it's 16" barrel, it is maneuverable enough for home defense and I can put a 30rd. mag. in it.
ReplyDeleteI use a US Optics SN-4 1.5-6x with a JNG reticle. The JNG acts like a red dot for close in work and at 6x I can dispatch a zombie past 500 yds. firing good stuff. Using ball, I can easily reach out and touch "tagets" past 300yds.
Sounds like all good choices. An M4 would always be fun. Especially the power aspect. Nevermind the accuracy at larger distances. T
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments and support.
1 in 5 chance of winning at this point. Good odds!!!
My springfield xd-40; modeled after the glock, it shoots acurately at mid distances, and being that its a .40, it has adaquate stopping power with limited kick, enough to make me feel comfortable tossing it to my wife to handle so i can pick up my 12 gauge if the zombies start coming
ReplyDeleteI would choose my 590A1. It's built like a tank and I can choose anything from less lethal loads up to slugs. I feel it gives me the greatest range of utility and power levels of any other firearm.
ReplyDeletewith all this talk about reliability and the glock "drop in the mud and still shoot", im surprised no one has mentioned the AK yet - Maybe you should pick specific scenarios(just dream gun to have, zombie apocalypse, foreign invasion, home defense)
ReplyDeleteVery true, AK would be a decent choice like the M4. Plenty of Ammo, reliable. Guess we'll do a scenario based one next. It will have to be a handgun question due to the nature of the next giveaway! :)
ReplyDeleteif i had to vote so far (discounting my entry), i'd have to go with the M4 guy
ReplyDeletehahaha, I am going to put everyone's name in a Randomizer and whoever it picks wins. www.randompicker.com
ReplyDeleteI would take my Inland M1 Carbine. It is fairly small, lightweight, pretty accurate and ammo can be had almost anywhere and a lot can be carried if needed.
ReplyDeleteNice! M1 would definitely do the trick. I was thinking it would be fun to hit up an MP5, just for fun of course. Thoughts?
ReplyDeleteIf i were to choose 1 gun it would be my 4" Ruger Security Six.
ReplyDeleteDidnt think about my google account... From above Donut757 comment...ruger security six
ReplyDeleteRuger 10/22... Cheap to shoot and will do the job on small game and small big game.
ReplyDeleteI considered the AK, but I picked the M4 because I regard it as an American weapon. Given a choice between fairly equal options, I will always choose American first.
ReplyDeleteI am definitely one for cost effective shooting. Especially if the battle is going to last a while. And Geld6, I always prefer American as well. Good choice for both weapons though. Maybe you will get lucky and be allowed to have 2 in your inventory.
